Chennai, Mar 24 (UNI) TVS Logistics Services Limited today bagged the Frost and Sullivan's 'Voice of Customer Award' under the best domestic service provider for the automotive industry and best domestic logistics service provider for the auto components industry.

These awards were presented to the company at a conference here on 'Supply Chain Management in Automotive and Auto Components Industry.' Accepting the award on behalf of TVS Logistics Services Ltd, Executive Director R Dinesh said it was a testimony to the company's efforts on understanding each and every customer and their requirements, creating a unique value chain for each one of them and continuously reducing cost of operations.

Besides, the company also was focused on the deliverables that would help partners gain a competitive edge, he added.
