Col Dhillon paid tributes

Bhopal, Mar 24 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh Assembly today paid glowing tributes to veteran freedom fighter and Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose's close associate Col Gurbaksh Singh Dhillon, who died in Shivpuri district recently.

Col Dhillon was associated with Indian National Army formed by Netaji Bose.

As the house assembled, Speaker Ishwardas Rohani read out the obituary reference and paid tributes to Col Dhillon and former legislator Manohar Singh Mehta.

Former Chief Minister Babulal Gaur, opposition leader Jamuna Devi and floor leaders of other parties paid tributes to the departed.

After observing two minutes silence, the house was adjourned for five minutes as a mark of respect to the departed leaders.
