CII inks MOUs with Australian cities

New Delhi, Mar 24 (UNI) The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) has signed two Memoranda of Understanding with the City of Ballarat and the City of Melbourne respectively at business seminars in each of the cities.

Coinciding with the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, the CII is currently leading a business delegation to Australia. Former CII President and Hero Corporate Services Managing Director and CEO Sunil Kant Munjal is heading the delegation.

The MoU in Melbourne was signed at the Australia-India Business Exchange seminar organised by the Business Club, Australia and the City of Melbourne, in the presence of Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit.

Over 200 representatives of Australian businesses and industry in each of the Cities attended and closely interacted with the visiting business delegation.
