APSFC signs MoU with LIC

Hyderabad, Mar 24 (UNI) Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) and Andhra Pradesh State Financial Corporation (APSFC) today entered into strategic tie-up for distribution of life insurance products by APSFC on corporate agency model.

The tie-up will enable APSFC to become the corporate partner of LIC and to provide insurance cover through the wide range of products of LIC to the customer base of APSFC.

This tie-up assumes significance in view of the fact that both the organisations are celebrating their Golden Jubilee years of formation.

APSFC, a leading state level financial institution and an autonomous Corporation of Government of Andhra Pradesh, has become ''a part of Life and Industry in Andhra Pradesh'' and is catering to the financial needs of small, medium scale industries and civic infrastructure projects in the state for the past 49 years.
