Advani's effigy burnt

Hyderabad, Mar 24 (UNI) The Priyanka Rahul Gandhi Brigade today burnt an effigy of BJP leader L K Advani protesting against his stand on AICC President Sonia Gandhi holding dual posts.

Members of the Brigade today took out a procession and raised slogans in favour of Ms Gandhi and against BJP leaders and burnt the effigy.

In his address, National President Manoj Alexander said the Brigade was proud of Ms Gandhi for upholding moral and democratic values and acting in an exemplary manner.

Ms Gandhi who had earlier sacrificed the post of the Prime Minister twice once again proved she was only interested in serving the people without bothering about positions.

The Brigade would shortly hold a rally in the city in appreciation of Ms Gandhi's services to the people.
