2 IUML workers killed in mishap

Malappuram, Mar 24 (UNI) Two Indian Union Muslim League (IUML) workers were killed when their motorcycle collided with a bus at Kolathur in the district today.

Police identified the victims as Ariparamban Hamza(45) and V P Aziz(35).

The mishap occurred when the bike carrying the activists, engaged in electioneering at Mankada constituency, crashed into a private bus coming from Kurupathal heading to Pulamanthol.

The bodies have been sent for post-mortem after preliminary inquest, police said.
