Vidhan Sabha adjourned twice

Jaipur, Mar 23 (UNI) The Rajasthan Vidhan Sabha was adjourned twice today after Congress legislators sat in dharna in the well of the House, protesting against suspension of its legislator Raghubir Singh Meena.

The first adjournment was for half an hour. Just before the adjournment session ended, deputy Speaker Ramnarain Bishnoi adjourned the House yet again for another hour.

Congress legislators were shouting slogans, alleging that the government was working against the benefit of the farmers.

Earlier, Speaker Sumitra Singh had suspended Meena for his objectionable behaviour in the House. The Congress legislators are sitting in dharna against the move from yesterday.
