Re reference rate eight paise down at 44.55 per USD

Mumbai, Mar 23 (UNI) The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) today fixed the reference rate for Rupee at 44.55 per US dollar, which was eight paise down from Wednesday's rate of 44.47, a RBI spokesperson here said.
