New Delhi, Mar 23 (UNI) Hailing UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi as ''the tallest leader'' for quitting as an MP and as the NAC Chairperson, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today said the government would consult all political parties before taking measures to resolve the problem arising from several MPs facing disqualification for holding offices of profit.

Talking to reporters after the Defence Investiture ceremony at Rashtrapati Bhavan, Dr Singh said the government would consider various options, including an ordinance to take out some posts from the ambit of office of profit as several parties were facing the problem.

However, there was no concrete proposal at present, he said.
