ICS acquires Datagrid Servies to boost its BPO services

Mumbai, Mar 23 (UNI) With a view to boost its BPO services, IT solutions and services provider, Infinite Computer Solutions (I) has acquired the Hyderabad-based Datagrid Services making it a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.

Infinite Computer has been recently allotted six acres of land in Hyderabad and will be soon setting up a delivery centre there and this coupled with the acquisition is a part of the company's growth strategy to evolve into a USD 300 million entity by 2009, a release issued here today said.

This acquisition will also boost the company's operations in the healthcare, BFSI and legal services verticals, besides broadening its reach across the globe.
