Gitanjali Gems announces JV with Sanghavi Exports

Mumbai, Mar 23 (UNI) Gitanjali Gems today announced a joint venture with Sanghavi Exports for furthering their business enterprise.

The JV to be set up on 50:50 shareholding basis will manufacture and distribute diamond and jewellery products under the brand name ''Sangini,'' a release issued to BSE here said.
