GI informs BSE GPDL is being considered as subsidiary of GIPL

Mumbai, Mar 23 (UNI) Gammon India (GI) today informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) that Gammon Projects Developers Ltd (GPDL) has become a subsidiary of Gammon Infrastructure Projects Ltd (GIPL).

GI pointed out that since GIPL is a subsidiary of Gammon India, GPDL, therefore, becomes a subsidiary of Gammon India, in a release issued here to the BSE today GI said.
