Bomb scare at Chhatrapati Shivaji terminus

Mumbai, Mar 23 (UNI) Panic prevailed for some time at the crowded Chhatrapati Shivaji terminus (CST) in South Mumbai this afternoon after the railway police received a call that an unclaimed bag lying at the taxi stand.

Police said at around 1500 hrs, the railway police at CST received the call, following which the bomb disposal squad was pressed into service. However, the bag only contained some documents and miscellaneous items, and were reportedly those of a naval officer.
