Bellary records highest temp of 39.2 degree celsius
Bangalore, Mar 23 (UNI) Following is a summary of observations recorded by the Weather Office here at 0830hrs today.
Rainfall occurred at isolated places over Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka dry weather prevailed over Interior Karnataka.
Chief rainfall amounts(cm): Humchadakatte 2, Kalasa 1.
Maximum temperatures changed little over the State. They were above normal at many places over Coastal Karnataka and were normal over Interior Karnataka.
Minimum temperatures change little over the State. They were above normal at most places over Coastal Karnataka and at a few places over North Interior Karnataka and were normal over South Interior Karnataka.
Bellary recorded highest maximum temperature of 39.2 degree celsius and Chamarajanagar recorded lowest minimum temperature of 18.0oc over the State.
Forecast valid until Saturday morning: Mainly dry weather may prevail over the State.
