Bayer CropScience board recommends dividend

Mumbai, Mar 23 (UNI) Bayer CropScience Ltd has announced a dividend of Rs 2.20 per share to its shareholders.

This decision was taken at a meeting of the company's board held today, the company informed the BSE, adding that this is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming annual general meeting of the company.
