564 members trade worth Rs 7,820 cr on NCDEX

Mumbai, Mar 23 (UNI) As many as 564 members of the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchanges (NCDEX) participated in trading worth Rs 7,820 crore (one way) upto 1700 hrs today.

There were 1,71,570 trades put through by them.

Active trades were high in guarseeds, chana, lemon tur, sugar and urad, a NCDEX release here said.

As many as 689 members had participated yesterday in trading and put through more than 1,37,330 trades. The volume for the whole day trading till 2355 hrs was Rs 7,056 crore (one way). Active trades were in urad, chana, guarseed, lemon tur, gold and silver, a release added.
