Rang De Basanti exempted from Entertainment Tax in UP

Lucknow, Mar 22 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh government today exempted Hindi feature film 'Rang De Basanti' from Entertainment Tax in the state for the next three months.

The decision was taken by the state cabinet at a meeting here, chaired by chief minister Mulayam Singh Yadav.

The film is mainly targetted at the youth and tries to stimulate their rebel spirit for positive actions.

Its impressive star cast comprises Aamir Khan, Madhavan and Kiron Kher, besides a crop of young actors including Sharman Joshi, Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Kapoor.
