Police may conduct identification parade soon
Mumbai, Mar 22 (UNI) City police will soon conduct an identification parade of Abhishek Kasliwal, the son of a mill owner who was arrested for allegedly raping a 52-year-old woman at Worli in south Central Mumbai on March 12.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Santosh Rastogi told UNI this evening that the identification parade would be conducted in the next couple of days.
While remanding Abhishek to judicial custody till April three yesterday, Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate P P Suroshe granted permission to the police to conduct indentification parade of the accused.
The Mumbai police has already conducted a lie detector and brain mapping test of the accused on March 19 at the central forensic science laboratory in Bangalore. The report of the test is yet to be received.
