PNK merges with Congress

Pondicherry, Mar 22: The Youth Wing of the Puthiya Neethi Katchi(PNK) was dissolved and merged with the Congress party today.

Party Youth Wing President Pon Sambath along with party office bearers and supporters joined the Congress in the presence of PCC President P Shanmugham.

The party earlier desired to contest one seat in the ensuing assembly poll by forging an alliance with the AIADMK.
