Gadaria's son acquitted
Shivpuri,MP, Mar 22 (UNI) A district and sessions court has exonerated dacoit chieftain Dayaram Gadaria's son Kamlesh of the charge of abducting two sub-engineers, owing to lack of evidence.
According to prosecution, a charge sheet was submitted in June 2003. Though Kamlesh was described as absconding, he later presented himself before the bench. The acquittal was handed down yesterday by Judge J M Chaturvedi.
Mr R K Ojha and Mr A K Jain were abducted from this district's Kerua Camp and kept in captivity for about a month.
