Car bomb kills one near Baghdad market - police
BAGHDAD, Mar 22 (Reuters) A car bomb exploded near a busy Baghdad market today, killing at least one person and wounding three, police said.
Police said they expected the death toll to rise. Local residents had earlier reported seeing a number of bodies lying in the street.
The explosion took place in the mainly Shi'ite area of Baya in southwestern Baghdad. Police said they were searching for a second car bomb.
