Tiwari to keep away from Holi celebration

Dehradun, Mar 11 (UNI) Uttaranchal Chief Minister ND Tiwari has decided not to celebrate Holi this year in view of the Varanasi blasts and the hardship of the people due to the drought situation in the state, an official release said today.

However calling for a peaceful Holi celebration, he expressed his good wishes to the people of the state and the country on the occasion.
