30 J and K government officials found absent, suspended

Srinagar, Mar 11 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir government has suspended 30 officials of different government departments for remaining absent from the duty, official sources said.

They said Additional Deputy Commissioner Ali Mohammad Dar during a surprise inspector of Flood Control, UEED and Tube well irrigation divisions in Srinagar found 30 officials of different ranks absent from their duties.

Sources said the officials were placed under suspension on the recommendations of Mr Dar.
