IOC sells Gail India shares through bulk deal on NSE

Mumbai, Mar 2 (UNI) Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) has, through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), sold 204,19,775 equity shares of GAIL India Ltd.

The Company informed the BSE that the price per share was Rs 275 amounting to Rs 561.5 crore, constituting 2.41 per cent of the total equity capital of GAIL India Ltd.

Gail India, on its turn, has also informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) that it is in receipt of communication from Indian Oil Corporation about the sale of the said shares.
