FII investment limit in ACC at 24 pc

Mumbai, Mar 2 (UNI) Cement major Associated Cement Companies (ACC) today stated that the limit for Foreign Institutional Investors (FII) investment in the Company is 24 per cent.

In a communique to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the Company stated that as per the latest list of beneficial holders of shares received from the depositories, the said limit has been reached.

ACC also said there was no proposal to increase the limit of FII investment in the Company from the existing ceiling of 24 per cent.
