Case against Acharya Dharmendra withdrwan

Dewas (MP), Mar 2 (UNI) The case against Vishwa Hindu Parishad leader Acharya Dharmendra for making an inflammatory speech on March 2003 has been withdrawn.

Chief Judicial Magistrate J P Agrawal allowed withdrawal of the case yesterday.

The VHP leader, who had been arrested in the case on the charge of instigating religious sentiments, had not sought bail and had to remain in jail for 10 days.

The case was withdrawn through the District Magistrate.
