BAGHDAD, March 2: A blast in a bus travelling in Baghdad's Shi'ite Sadr City today killed five people and wounded eight, police said.
The sprawling Sadr City is a stronghold of radical Shi'ite cleric Moqtada al-Sadr, who has reached across Iraq's sectarian divide and called for Sunni and Shi'ite solidarity in fighting US occupation. It was not clear what caused the blast.
