Bellary records highest max temp of 38.5 deg cel
Bangalore, Feb 2 (UNI) Following is a Summary of observations recorded by the weather office at 0830 hours here today. Dry weather prevailed over the State.
Maximum temperatures changed little over the State. They were above normal at many places over Coastal Karnataka and at a few places over Interior Karnataka.
Minimum temperatures rose at a few places over North Interior Karnataka and changed little over Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka. They were above normal at a few places over South Interior Karnataka and were normal over Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka.
Bellary recorded highest maximum temperature of 38.5 degrees celsius and Chamarajanagararga recorded lowest minimum temperature of 15.8 degrees celsius over the State.
Forecast valid until Saturday morning: Mainly dry weather may prevail over the State.
Forecast for Farmers: Mainly dry weather may prevail over all districts of Coastal Karnataka; North Interior Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka.
Forecast for Bangalore: Partly cloudy. Maximum and minimum temperature would be around 33 degrees celsius and 20 degrees celsius respectively.
