Antique idols stolen from UP temple

Siddharthnagar, Mar 2: Antique idols estimated to be worth Rs 50 lakh were stolen from a temple in the neighbouring Sant Kabir Nagar district.

Police said here today three 150-year-old Ashtadhatu idols worth Rs 50 lakh were stolen from the Ram Janaki temple in the Bakhir area last night.

Further investigations were on, police said.
