Twenty-nine killed in maoist-soldiers clash
Kathmandu, Mar 01: Twenty-nine people; 18 Maoist rebels and 11 soldiers and policemen have been killed in a clash in western Nepal, the defence ministry said today (Mar 01, 2006).
The incident occurred on Tuesday at Arghakhanchi, 350 kms west of Kathmandu, a ministry statement said.
