Rights issue of Dolphin Medical services fully subscribed

New Delhi, Mar 1 (UNI) The rights issue of Dolphin Medical Services has been fully subscribed, the company announced today.

A press release of the company said, the rights issue of the company comprised equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash of Rs 2 per equity share aggregating Rs 14.45 crore.

The company said, it has worked out a Rs 14.45 crore expansion plan which includes setting up of diagnostic centres at Hyderabad and Mumbai and upgrading existing diagnostic centre at Vijaywada. It also proposes to take up knowledge process outsourcing for research institutes, academic labs and industrial partners in the field of biotechnology, clinical trials and distribution of diagnostic equipment.
