MyTVS Club HP Smart1 card launched

Chennai, Mar 01 (UNI) Public Sector Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) and MyTVS, an integrated car service provider, today announced the launch of "MyTVS CLub HP Smart1 Card, to give customers, the benefits of e-payments for buying fuel and availing vehicle servicing.

The card entitled the car owners to avail the complete services of exisiting Club HP Smart1 card and also utilise MyTVS 24x7 emergency services which offered breakdown assistance and accident coordination.

"This is the value addition to the customer loyalty programme," Mr B Gururajan, General Manager South, HPCL, said launching the card here. Initially, the card would be available across Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry and plans are afoot for expanding to southern metros.

Mr Girish Venkata, Manager, Marketing HPCL said it was proposed to sell 50,000 cards in nine months during this year through channels, including in the HP outlets and through the commercial cards division of ICICI bank.

The card, priced at Rs 365 per year and renewable after one year would be accepted in 1600 outlets in 52 cities across the country, he said.
