Gents' parlours raided, 18 sex workers held

Patna, Mar 1: Altogether 18 sex workers and six youths were arrested from different gents' parlours here during raids by the local police yesterday.

Town Deputy Police Superintendent Sushant Kumar Saroj said today that a team of local police raided atleast 10 different gents' parlours in the city and arrested them.

Mr Saroj said 12 blue film cassettes and several volumes of pornographic literature were also recovered from the parlours.

Some businessmen were running flesh trade under the guise of the parlours, he said.

Raids were on to arrest the proprietors and managers of the parlours, he added.
