Cong MLA vacates Bhaderwah assembly seat for Azad

Jammu, Mar 1 (UNI) Congress MLA from the Bhaderwah assembly seat Mohommad Sharif Niaz today submitted his resignation, paving the way for Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad to seek entry into the state assembly from the constituency.

Mr Niaz announced his resignation in the House, which was accepted by Speaker Tara Chand.
