Bangalore Mar 1 (UNI) Following is a summary of observations recorded by the weather office at 0830 hours here today.
Dry weather prevailed over the State. Maximum temperatures changed little over the State. They were above normal at many places over Coastal Karnataka and at a few places over South Interior Karnataka and were normal ovr North Interior Karnataka.
Minimum temperatures rose at many places over North Interior Karnataka and at a few places over South Interior Karnataka and changed little over Coastal Karnataka. They were below normal at a few places over North Interior Karnataka and were normal over Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka.
Bellary recorded highest maximum temperature of 37.8 degree celsius and Gulbarga recorded lowest minimum temperature of 17.0 degree celsius over the State.
