TMMK to agitate for bail for serial blast accused
Coimbatore, Feb 23 (UNI) The Tamil Nadu Muslim Munnetra Kazhagam (TMMK) today announced that would resort to a "jail bharo" agitation" on February 28 here demanding bail for the Coimbatore serial blast accused.
Addressing a press conference here TMMK state secretary E Ummer said the agitation would be held at nine places in Tamil Nadu with the participation of about 5000 volunteers.
He said the TMMK was not a political party. But the TMMK would decide which party it would support in the forthcoming assembly elections after an executive committee meeting next month.
