Three UP districts get new SPs

Lucknow, Feb 24 (UNI) In a police department reshuffle, the Uttar Pradesh government today posted new police superintendents in three districts, besides transferring an additional superintendent of police.

Principal Secretary (Home) Alok Sinha said here that ASP Lakhimpur Kheri Vijay Kumar has been promoted as SP Baharaich, while ASP Allahabad Aparna as SP (Hamirpur). ASP (Lucknow) Shachi Ghildiyal has been elevated as SP (Chitrakoot), he added.

Mr Sinha said that PPS officer Rakesh Pradhan, awaiting posting has been promoted as ASP (Hamirpur) in place of B N Tiwari, who has been put on waiting.
