Ted Turner to leave Time Warner board
NEW YORK, Feb 24 (Reuters) Time Warner Inc. on Friday said cable news pioneer Ted Turner and former US Trade Representative Carla Hills will leave the board after the company's upcoming annual meeting.
In a statement, the media giant said Turner has decided not seek re-election to the board, while Hills was stepping down in accordance with retirement policies.
Both will continue to serve as directors until the annual meeting.
