TCS in leaders quadrant for offshore applications services

New Delhi, Feb 23 (UNI) Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) today announced it has been positioned by Gartner, Inc., in the leaders quadrant for the 'Magic Quadrant for Offshore Applications Services' 2006 report.
