TADA and POTA courts shifted in Jammu

Jammu, Feb 22 (UNI) The Terrorism and Disruptive Activities Act (TADA) and Prevention of Terrorism Act (POTA) courts in Jammu have been shifted from Jammu jail complex to District and Sessions court premises.

A notification to this effect was issued by the presiding officer special designated court under TADA and POTA third additional district and session's judge of Jammu N D Wani.

The special courts will start functioning from tomorrow.
