Sushma complains against Nishad seeking his disqualification from RS

New Delhi, Feb 24 (UNI) BJP leader Sushma Swaraj has complained to Rajya Sabha Chairman Bhairon Singh Shekhawat against RJD leader Jai Narayan Prasad Nishad and sought his disqualification from the Rajya Sabha.

The Chairman said that he has referred the matter to the Previlege Committee of the House.

Mr Shekhawat said he had sent the copies of the complaint received from Ms Swaraj to Mr Nishad and Leader of the Opposition Jaswant Singh. After receiving their replies, he had referred the matter to the Previlege Committee, he added.
