Six killed, three injured in UP road accident

Bareilly, Feb 23 (UNI) At least six people were killed and three others injured when a jeep with marriage party on board collided head on with a truck in the Faridpur area early today.

Police said here today the mishap occured in Faridpur, when the truck carrying the marriage party rammed into the truck coming from the opposite direction.

The injured have been admitted to the hospital, while the truck driver has been detained.
