New Delhi, Feb 22 (UNI) Union Minister for Power Sushil Kumar Shinde today said he was capable of winning Lok Sabha election from any constituency in Maharashtra despite his traditional seat of Sholapur having been proposed as a reserved Parliamentary seat by the Delimitation Commission .
In an informal chat with newspersons here, he alleged that the Sholapur seat had been declared a reserved seat from the general seat under a conspiracy by some body.A seat was declared reserved on the basis of population, he said and adding the seat should have been retained as a general seat.
Inspite of this, he could win a Parliamentary election from any constituency in Maharashtra, Mr Shinde said.
Mr Shinde, who resigned as the Governor of Andhra Pradesh to become a Union Minister, is supposed to become an MP within six months of being a Minister.
