Seven killed, 11 injured in cracker unit blast in TN

Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu, Feb 22 (UNI) Seven people were killed and 11 others injured in an explosion in a cracker manufacturing unit here today.

Police sources told UNI that seven bodies were retrieved from the Pepsi Fireworks Manufacturing Unit in Maraneri Police Station limits in Virudhnagar District of Tamil Nadu.

Eleven people who suffered burns were admitted to the Government General Hospital here.
