Written by: Staff

RIYADH, Feb 24 (Reuters) Saudi Arabia's oil output was not affected by an attempt to storm an oil facility in the Eastern Province today, state television said.

It quoted an Interior Ministry official as saying two cars exploded at a side entrance of the facility after a firefight with security guards. It said the blasts caused a ''limited'' fire, which was brought under control. The statement said two Saudi security men were critically wounded.
