Police seize 19 quintals poppy of husk

Sangrur, Feb 23 (UNI) The Punjab Police seized 19 quintals poppy husk from a truck near Khanauri yesterday evening, police today said.

The driver of the truck Jagroop Singh was arrested and booked under the NDPS Act.

The poppy husk was found in 55 bags that were hidden in the truck.
