Mulayam hails UP quartet selection in Team India

Lucknow, Feb 24 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav today hailed the selection of four state players to the senior national cricket team for the first Test against England.

In a message here, Mr Yadav exprssed happiness over the selection of Mohd Kaif, R P Singh, Suresh Raina and Piyush Chawla in the Team India line up for the first test against England at Nagpur starting on March one next.

Mr Yadav exhorted the generation next of the state to draw inspiration from the cricket quartet and also replicate their feat in future.
