Minor police transfers in HP

Shimla, Feb 23 (UNI) The Himachal Pradesh government today administered a minor reshuffle of police officials in the state, official sources today said.

ASP Kangra Kapil Sharma (HPS) has been posted Commandant Third Battalion, Pandoh, relieving Mandi SP of his additional charge.

The sources said Ranjana Chauhan, DSP of the Ist Indian Reserve Battalion (IRB), Bangarh has been posted as DSP Enforcement, a post lying vacant.

Mr Ghulab Singh (DSP, 2nd Battalion, Dharamshala) has been posted as DSP Police Training Centre at Droh.

Mr Jitender Prakash DSP Police Training Centre, Droh has been posted as DSP of the 2nd Battalion at Dharamshala, the sources said.

Mr Jog Raj DSP, 3rd Battalion, Pandoh has been transferred and posted as DSP Enforcement at Dharamshala, relieving Additional SP Rajesh Kumar of his additional charge.

The sources said Nihal Chand DSP 3rd Battalion, Pandoh has been posted as DSP of the Anti-Corruption Unit at Hamirpur, relieving Additional SP Hardesh Bisht of his additional charge.

Ramesh Pathania, DSP 2nd Bn IRB, Jungle Berri at Hamirpur has been transferred as DSP Anti-Corruption unit at Solan, relieving Additional SP Chaman Lal of his additional charge, the sources added.
