Madarsa mishap toll at 6

Lucknow, Feb 22 (UNI) Following the death of two more children, the toll in madarsa wall collapse incident in Baghpat district of Uttar Pradesh today reached six.

Police said over 50 students had sustained injuries when a wall of the madarsa -- Madrasa Qasim-ul-Uloom at Bawli road -- building collapsed in yesterday at Badaut town.

Four children were later declared dead at hospital. Two others died last night.

About 650 children were present at the madarsa when the accident occurred, police added.

Meanwhile, a magisterial probe had been ordered in the incident.
