New Delhi, Feb 22 (UNI) Karnataka Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy today ruled out his breakaway group claiming to be as the real Janata Dal (S) and expressed the hope of convincing party elders that the actions taken by his faction group was in the best interests of the party.
Mr Kumaraswamy who has been suspended from the J D (S) along with 39 other MLAs told newspersons that his group had no intentiond of staking claim as the real J D (S). "We are yet to receive show cause notices and once we get it, we will file our detailed replies narrating the events that forced us to take these steps. I am sure the J D (S) Executive which has suspended us from the party will be convinced that our steps were indeed necessary", he said.
He however declined to discuss details about the 'internal affairs', of his party saying his priority would be to carry out the development of the state.
Asked if he would call on senior BJP leaders Atal Bihari Vajpayee and L K Advani for seeking their blessings, Mr Kumaraswamy who had stated during his last visit that he would call on them during the next visit, however, said he would meet them at an 'appropriate time'. "I have their blessings and they understand me.
